Cancellations & Refunds

Full refunds are provided with more than 48 hours prior to scheduled service begin.
50% refund on cancellations made less than 48 hours of scheduled service begin.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or if the service has already started and the Client returns earlier than expected.

At Sweet Pets Pet Sitting we understand that life happens and plans can change. However, once a service is booked, dedicated time is reserved exclusively for your pets.

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly request advance notice for any cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and support. 🐾
